Maintaining the website for online application and information dissemination. 3) Assist team to execute exhibitions in HK and overseas for business development and build public awareness. 4) Source contractors / vendors and preparing documents for quotation requisition 5) Providing secretary support on Project Management meeting. 6) Assist team to document and monitor the project progress and prepare reports.

1) To assist the Director to plan and implementing the entire project with team 2) Executing PR activities, events and exhibitions with PR agency, design house and production house. 3) Write and edit marketing material inclusive of speeches, press release and presentation 4) Screen suitable contractors / vendors, and oversee their engagements and deliverables. 5) Document and monitor the project progress and prepare reports.

– University degree or above in marketing/language/business or related disciplines;
– 6-8 years or more related experience in business/communication/association is preferred;

– Knowledge in advertising, event management and PR shall be an advantage;

1) Formulate project promotion, business development plan, budget and any related initiative work to maximize returns. 2) Determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, project risks, task requirements, allotment of available resources. 3) Management of all working partners, and operation team. 4) Build and enhance relationships. Liaising with multiple stakeholders, including government officials, industry associations, collaboration corporates, and sponsors for expanding project brand, the collaborating corporate brands and design team’s personal brand awareness and network. 5) Ensuring that the books of accounts are properly maintained by the concern as required by law proceeding auditing by the end of the project. 6) Finalize project reports.
