5th Edition of ReMIXRequest for Proposal
This is a request for proposal (RFP) with the objective of engaging a project implementation service provider for a government funding project organized by Industrial Designers Society of Hong Kong (IDSHK).
To efficiently manage and oversee the project, ensuring smooth operations and resource allocation. Achieving the requirements of the funding organization. Ensuring that the books of accounts are properly maintained by the concern as required by law proceeding auditing by the end of the project.

- Requirements
- Duration: Providing service from Early Sept 2026- Nov 2027 and follow up questions from auditor and funding organisation until the reports are approved in early 2028.
- The agency possesses a deep understanding of nuanced regulations, comprehensive reporting, and complex procurement processes, ensuring smooth execution.
- The proposed team shall possess experience spanning both commercial and non-profit sectors. At least one consultant must have over 20 years of professional experience, of which more than 10 years shall be dedicated to funding initiatives and design industry business matching projects, together with experience organising tours and delegations to Mainland China and European countries. Supplementary expertise in trading, accounting and escort services is desirable. There shall be at least one consultant specialising in marketing and promotion with proven experience in the Mainland China market and Hong Kong retail trade.
- Operational arrangement: Weekly meetings (ad-hoc face-to-face meetings included) with the project management team are mandatory. Travel to Mainland China and Europe is mandatory.
- It is essential to have immediate on-boarding.

- Companies interested in submitting a proposal of project implementation service provider must hold a valid Hong Kong Business Registration Certificate and maintain a physical office.
- Statement of Confidentiality
The company shall treat as confidential all information supplied by IDSHK which is designated as confidential by IDSHK or which is by its nature clearly confidential provided that this clause shall not extend to any information which is already public knowledge or becomes so at a future date (otherwise than as a result of a breach of this clause).
