1) Handling online promotion including social media write plus edit online promotion collateral materials. 2) .Website and CMS management. Maintaining the website for online application and information dissemination. 3) Assist team to execute exhibitions in HK and overseas for business development and build public awareness. 4) Source contractors / vendors and preparing documents for quotation requisition 5) Providing secretary support on Project Management meeting. 6) Assist team to document and monitor the project progress and prepare reports.

– Creative, self-initiated, strong problem-solving skill, ability to work independently but also work as a team player in a passionate team;
– Strong communication skills and attention to details and well-organized. Effective time management and able to handle multi-tasks accurately;
– Well-versed of spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua an advantage.
