In order to draw on collective wisdom and to encourage active public participation in pro-
environment activities, CUHK Jockey Club Initiative Gaia organizes the Environment and

Climate Change Forum Series with funding support of the Hong Kong Jockey Club

Charities Trust. Experts and practitioners from different fields and the public are involved

to confer on the best ways to deal with environmental challenges and impacts of climate

change.

James Dyson 設計大獎是一個國際的學生設計比賽，雲集全球20個國家的設計精英，比賽已有超過10年的歷史，而今年首次將比賽版圖擴展到香港。是項比賽是由James Dyson基金籌辦，其使命是要喚起年輕人對設計工程學的興趣，並鼓勵新晉的設計師將其設計商品化。

You are invited to join the James Dyson Award
James Dyson Award is an annual award, run by the James Dyson Foundation, to inspire young students to develop new, exciting ideas around science, design and engineering. It is running across 20 countries worldwide for the 11th year now. This year, it is our first time to have Hong Kong and Taiwan students to join the award.

參賽方法
把你的設計理念以中文及英文解說 (因為英國的Dyson工程和James Dyson都會參與評審)，並附上草圖或研發過程的相片。而模型照片及影片為非必要項目，亦鼓勵參賽者提交。

How to participate
Tell us your design in both Chinese and English (It is because James Dyson and the engineers in the UK will review the entries too). Please share the sketches and photo of your development process as well. Photo of prototype and video are not necessary but we highly encourage you to share it with us.

BCSHK Ambiente Frankfurt 2015 & 7-day Inspiration Trip (A few IDSHK members are Smart Gifts Design Award winners)

在香港特別行政區政府「創意香港」的資助下，香港出口商會再次成功帶領「香港智營禮品設計大賞2014」得獎設計師前往德國法蘭克福，於全球最重要的消費品展覽會–「國際春季消費品展覽會2015」展出近60項得獎作品；其中一項設計在當地更被點名為優秀作品。十五名設計師並展開啟發之旅，與世界網絡接軌。

進駐­『年輕與時尚』展場 (Hall 11.1 Ambiente Frankfurt)

「香港智營禮品設計大賞」 (智營大賞) 是現時唯一可於『年輕與時尚』展場展覽得獎公司及學生作品的亞洲禮品設計比賽。「國際春季消費品展覽會」規模盛大，參展商來自152個國家/地區，高達13萬5千名買家進場。「智營大賞」在「設計香港展館」內五天展期接待超過2,500名潛在買家。

「智營大賞」之得獎作品亦同時參加Ambiente Frankfurt之”solutions 2015”比賽，其中Eco-Cake Box Total Solution設計師郭新猷 在選拔中獲得”最佳解決方案產品”之榮譽，引證香港的設計已漸得到世界禮品業界的認同。

不同類型體驗  啟發非一般靈感

除展覽會外，7天啟發之旅結合了商業及創意元素，十五名設計師造訪利豐集團旗下的知名百貨商場卡爾施泰特(Karstadt)旗艦店，其商業營運主管針對產品採購以至客戶購買模式作詳細講解，讓設計師進一步認識當地家品和禮品市場特色、品牌、零售運作及貨物的分佈等等，切合解答了設計師在開展自家品牌時面對的問題。

自家品牌的設計師梁慶紀讚賞「活動不單能夠協助香港設計師將其原創設計向世界推廣，旅程集合了一班禮品設計師互相交流設計意念和經驗，十分難得。」是次旅程更首度有得獎學生獲得資助參與，透過親身探索真正國際商業社會的運作，學生定可把體驗與學院的同學和其他設計人才分享。

德國設計師會German Designer Club (DDC)本身擁有多年舉辦設計比賽經驗，「智營大賞」召集人鮑潔鈞率領得獎設計師前往拜訪，除交流經驗和心得外，更希望以此平台, 開展更多兩地設計融合和商業合作的機會。DDC主席Michael Eibes和董事會成員Elisabeth Budde更親身帶領香港設計師參觀當地特色零售店和設計服務中心，介紹傳統手工藝設計、潮流店舖等。

「香港智營禮品設計大賞」由香港出口商會於2012年創辦，目的為推動創新，協助設計師鞏固自身設計技術及啟發其商業技能，進一步提升香港業界的競爭力，以迎合瞬息萬變的市場。要了解更多「智營大賞」和香港出口商會的其他香港及海外展覽, 可瀏覽:
